Thank you for looking at my page. Now let me tell you about how I style my ceremony’s. I will spend some time getting to know you so that I can understand the things that make you tick so to speak. Rest assured that we can create together any type of ceremony that you like without any limits. What ever you ask me to do I will research thoroughly so that it is exactly what you want for your special occasion. Your choice may be a touch of romance, or humour, or something exciting. One of the popular ceremony’s now is handfasting for those who like to consider an outdoor place like a forest or woodland venue. If you like we could incorporate something religious or if you want something a little more spiritual that is also a great possibility and happens to be close to my own heart. When you ask me to be your celebrant I will ensure that we have a good understanding of what is required to make any occasion the most memorable it can be for you and your guests.
The couples who engage celebrants we have found (80%-90%) who had participated in wedding celebration ceremonies, led by respondents were already married to each other at the time of their ceremonies, and most of the rest stated that they intended to marry each other. This means that most couples chose a respondent-led ceremony in addition to a wedding, rather than as an alternative to it. As a celebrant I know that couples’ reasons for choosing celebrant-led wedding celebration ceremonies are very diverse, with the desire for a person-centred or even an outdoor ceremony being the two most popular options. For the couples who cannot marry one another for legal reasons, and those who were denied the religious ceremony that they would have liked, have found engaging a celebrant was an ideal choice. Which is why themes including times and settings, movement, costumes and rituals, religion, and the involvement of animals has become popular.
