We got married in August 2019 and both myself and partner were looking for someone to officiate our mixed heritage wedding. We wanted to include our own vows, and above all celebrate our individual cultures and keep the wedding informal and personable.
Pam is from a Punjabi Sikh background and was keen that Sikh elements were included and that the ceremony was inclusive for her family. I am from Yorkshire and wanted my background reflected too.
With literally 3 weeks notice, Jas confirmed the date, spent hours with us personally and then communicated via Face Time getting to know what me and my partner are all about.
Jas wrote a beautiful heartfelt ceremony that included everything we wanted and much more. Speaking in Punjabi and English, she ensured that all relatives felt involved.
She included Sikh readings and punjabi quotes that meant a lot to Pam.
Jas went above and beyond to help on other matters such as DJ, seating and even a last minute rehearsal etc etc…
Thanks again Jas, our ceremony was outstanding and you are brilliant at what you do.
We both would highly recommend Jas if you are a mixed couple looking to celebrate your backgrounds as one.
Thank you Jas.

We wanted to make sure the celebrant for our daughters’ naming ceremony felt like a part of the family, and that’s exactly what Jas did. During the preparation stage she was organised, patient, incredibly thoughtful, and most importantly for us, collaborative. She gave us a variety of options and ideas and also gave us space to explore our own ideas. We were able to come up with the most beautiful, bespoke ceremony befitting of our girls. The day itself was nothing short of perfection and far exceeded anybody’s expectations - Jas is incredibly warm, personable and friendly; she conducted the ceremony in a relaxed, flexible way which suitably accommodated our 1 year old and 3 year old’s attention span. She also made sure that they enjoyed the ceremony, with the addition of music, bubbles and a tree decorating ceremony. The personalised keepsake she gifted to the girls at the close of the ceremony is testament to the type of celebrant she is - she will go the extra mile to make sure your day is a special one. We only wish she’d been a celebrant when we were married!
This event was absolutely beautiful and presented some exploration into the diverse cultures of the family... Greek and Indian. Sikh elements were incorporated alongside Greek heritage that was important to the parents of the girls. I loved preparing this rich ceremony full of culture, heritage and promises for two little girls.

Jas was wonderful in conducting my beloved husband Mick’s service and I will never forget her kindness. She went beyond my expectations at this difficult time for me and she delivered the eulogy beautifully. Through her words she brought Mick’s personality into the room and it was like she actually knew him. The service gave me a lot of comfort at a very difficult time for me....Thank you Jas you were amazing.

We met Jas at what was the worst time of our life after we had just lost our dear Dad.
From the moment we met she was kind and compassionate. She spent time with the whole family listening patiently while we shared our many stories about Dad. She knew how important it was to us that she understood what a great man he was. She was extremely thorough and took copious notes because she was keen to capture the detail. She didn't rush us but instead gave us plenty of time to reflect.
You could tell it was not just a job to her, but that she really cared.
She went away to write the eulogy and when the draft was ready she sent it through for approval.
The service she lead was incredible - her relaxed but extremely professional and supportive manner brought us a lot of comfort. And her eulogy was a fitting tribute to a great man and captured his essence perfectly.
The care and attention to detail she showed was outstanding.
The family will be forever grateful to have met her.
It was an absolute privilege to deliver the eulogy and ceremony for such a formidable person who was truly a loving family man.

I come from a huge family within which we all had very different personalities and traits, hopes and desires. If my life journey has taught me one thing then that is to appreciate that we might all be different in this world, but the key to achieving success in relationships is to celebrate our uniqueness.
I totally love my job as a Celebrant because it allows me to work with people and celebrate individuality, personal beliefs, and create real joy in Celebrations of all kinds.
The feedback I've had so far has been hugely positive and uplifting.
We are all fabulous in our own way and I will work with you to reflect your true essence in your ceremony and celebration...whatever the occasion.
