I travel Nationally and Internationally
Rose ceremonies. Ribbons. Sand ceremonies. Hand Fastings. Circus tricks. Bubbles - small to HUGE.
Fellowship of Professional Celebrants.
English, French, Spanish, Urdu ( a little)
To start the proceedings I am happy to throw in a trick like climbing through a tennis racket, or balancing an umbrella on my chin. Images with meaning.... flexibility is needed to squeeze through a racket... just as flexibility is needed in marriage. Balance? Obviously a necessary ingredient for a successful marriage.

Just wanted to touch base with you as we begin to come down off cloud nine (although not really!).
We cannot thank you enough for the part you played in our wedding last weekend. So many of our guests believed you to be a close personal friend of ours, testimony to the personal and individual beauty of the ceremony.
It really was just the perfect day, capped off by us finally being able to reveal to our nearest and dearest that Libby is actually 16 weeks pregnant and expecting in May! Probably why the emotions were running so high between us.
It was an absolute pleasure to have met you and maybe one day our paths will cross again.
Congratulations to you both.
It was a particularly special ceremony. An absolute pleasure to meet you and help create such a potent ceremony.

Thanks for a wonderful ceremony.
Lots of people told us they thought you were excellent, which made us feel very pleased with our choice.
Our aim was to have a personal and memorable service and you lent the role the perfect level of presence and theatrics.
We would certainly recommend you to anyone looking for something similar.
Thanks for choosing me to be your celebrant. I thought it was a very beautiful and meaningful wedding ceremony! Your choice of readings was exceptional.

Just checking in to say thanks for being a great part of our wedding and keeping me somewhat sane while waiting for my darling wife. As expected she was well worth the wait to marry! A lot of our guests have said you were a great fit for us, and despite it all being a bit of a blur, we had a wonderful ceremony.
Thanks again and best wishes,
Adam and Amanda

"We were so happy to have found Joe as the Celebrant at our wedding. He was able to strike exactly the right balance of fun/solemnity/celebration for us we and everyone who came were delighted with our ceremony.
Communication was really easy and Joe even came over for breakfast one weekend so that we could write our ceremony together. This made it really special and we truly felt that this made our wedding unique and a perfect reflection of us, our relationship and our future plans.
It was everything we had hoped for and made the perfect start for the rest of our lives together. We thought it was the best wedding we have ever been to!!"

It was such a beautiful ceremony. Such heart and such intelligence and truth in the air.

Wow...thank you so so so much for all of your help and support on Saturday. We are both so grateful to you. You really made the ceremony flow perfectly, it was exactly how we wanted it to be and more. It was all so relaxed and so personal, perfect :-)
I hope you made it back to the festival OK.
Thank you so so much once again Joe.

“Thank you Joe so much for everything you helped us with.
Without you steering the ship the ceremony would not have been anywhere near as potent and meaningful for us!
And in both English and French meant our local friends felt included also. Fantastic Joe.
Hurrah. We are going to steer our ship superbly through the rapids and the eddies and the beautiful rivers."
Thanks both. To do the wedding in French and English was so much fun.

Hello hello or Ola ola!
Can't believe it's all over ???????? what a wonderful day we had. So many people said how amazing and moving the ceremony was, saying the words were beautiful and how it was done was how they wished they had done it.
We were so pleased we found you as a celebrant Joe. You couldn't have been more perfect for us. You were warm and funny and made us feel comfortable not only standing up in front of all those people but encouraging us as a couple to feel comfortable talking about things we hadn't talked about for a while through the questionnaire. It made us look at us and our relationship in a new light. Made us laugh, made Duggan cry a lot and mostly made people smile. There is a lovely photo of you with your hand on Duggan's back as he is just about to break out . It's very touching.
Oh my... how beautiful it was indeed. I loved meeting you both, and your girls. I am very happy you had a deep and meaningful day. All the best of luck my dears.

Why choose me as a celebrant instead of your local registrar?
A registrar is a bureaucrat. Very often they are not a public speaker. With me you are hiring a consummate performer, with 33 years professional experience. I will ensure your wedding is filled with the attention and depth of emotion it should be.
A good example of this is the technique I have for ‘warming up’ the assembled guests before either of the happy couple arrive. I introduce myself and give a little speech about why we are here… to celebrate love, love between you two. I explain that they are not there as spectators but rather as important people to the happy couple; As such they will have an important role throughout the rest of your lives… to help and support you in your marriage when needed, to celebrate with you at important mile stones, and so on. I inform them that at one point that I will be turning to them and asking them to commit to helping you, to being with you, by saying “Yes we do!” loud and clear in response to my question “Will you stick by these two and help them and celebrate with them?”. Where this comes in the ceremony is up to you.
The other point you get with me rather than with a registrar. I will help you make your ceremony personal for you. I will meet with you before and discuss wordings, what you really want to say, possible ritual options, crowd positioning, music, etc. You can choose to have one meeting, two, or three, before the actual ceremony. Up to you.
Although I am not a wedding organiser I will help you make it a very particular and special day in any way and anywhere!
For the ceremony, one meeting, my preparation time and availability on the phone and email - £400 Other meetings add £100 per meeting. Skype meetings add £50. This is for an hour more or less. Travel: I only charge for the fuel used. Unless it is miles and miles and takes a day to get to you! Then we will have to agree a price between us.
If you want me but truly cannot pay my worth, please still contact me and let’s talk.
Spreading the love is the most important!
I look forward to hearing from you, and working to design a superb meaningful wedding with you.
All the very best of luck in everything you do.
